Histolith® Leinölfarbe
High-quality linseed oil paint for limited stable or dimensionally unstable component parts. For exterior and interior use.

Field of Application
Linseed oil paint, suitable for coating limited stable or dimensionally unstable wooden parts, exteriors
and interiors. Particularly suitable for timber framing (wooden framework), shingles and timber/wood
claddings (facings).

■ High weather resistance.

Colours
Tintable in many colours via the ColorExpress tinting & mixing machine system.
Colour Resistance according to BFS Data Sheet No. 26:
Binding agent: Category C
Pigmentation: Group 1 to 3, depending on the colour shade
Bright colours may have a tendency to yellow, when the product is applied on surfaces with low
incidence of light (e. g. in interior spaces), as a typical property of the linseed oil binder.
Gloss Level
Satin-gloss/satin-finished (mid sheen)
Note:
The gloss level may vary on unevenly absorbent substrates and is gradually decreasing on parts
subjected to direct sunlight.
Storage
Keep in a cool place, in tightly closed container.
