PremiumClean

Matt interior paint with excellent cleaning properties. For coating surfaces subjected to mechanical loads.


Field of Application

Suitable for highly cleanable coats, inured to soiling, on all interior walls and ceilings. Perfect coating for areas subjected to higher mechanical loads which must occasionally be cleaned. In spite of the dull matt surface, normal soiling in domestic areas is easily cleaned. PremiumClean is resistant to aqueous disinfectants and particularly suitable for areas with higher hygiene standards, e.g. hospitals, rest homes, and medical practices. Furthermore, preferred application areas are big stores, hotels, restaurants, offices, schools, playschools, public authorities, and private living quarters, with the main focus on areas subjected to soiling.

Colors

White

PremiumClean is tintable to a max. of 10 % with CaparolColor and AmphiColor (AVA) colorants.
If more than one bucket is manually tinted, all products must be thoroughly mixed before use in order to avoid color differences. Quantities of 100 liters or more in individual colors may be ordered ready-tinted ex-factory.
PremiumClean can be tinted via the ColorExpress machine system according to all current color collections in light/medium colors. For dark or intensive colors PremiumColor may be used. 
Check the tinted product before applying it to avoid color differences. Always use tinted paint of the same batch, when applying on seamless surfaces.

Gloss Level

Dull matt (Dead-matt according to DIN EN 13 300).
Depending on the viewing angle the surface may have a silk-matt (mid-sheen) appearance.

Characteristics according to DIN EN 13 300:  Tinting may cause variations.

  • Contrast ratio: Opacity/hiding power Class 2, with a spreading rate of 7 m2/l or 140 ml/m2
  • Maximum particle (grit) size: Fine (< 100 µm)
  • Density: Approx. 1.34 g/cm3
  • Wet abrasion: Wet scrub resistance Class 1, corresponds to "scrub resistant" according to German standard DIN 53778
