The Capatect-VHF System
Technically sophisticated insulation and decoration with curtain-wall, back-ventilated facade cladding
The Capatect-VHF System ideally combines the advantages of a classical back-ventilated facade with the consistently high quality of Capatect thermal insulation composite systems. Profit from the convincing advantages of a technically sophisticated solution for the decoration of facades.
The Capatect-VHF System can be ideally applied particularly where there are large irregularities in the existing substrate. Individually adjustable mounting methods due to various bracket sizes ensure that the facade fulfils all requirements for a perfect appearance. Different claddings and many alternatives for the surface texture ensure a wide variety in decorative design. At the same time special requirements on the acoustic attenuation are reliably fulfilled.
It is the first choice for use on exterior walls subject to high levels of penetrating moisture. Additionally, due to the consistent separation of weather protection and insulation, long repair intervals are possible – an economic plus point which adds up. And not to forget that the Capatect-VHF System therefore also fulfils the high requirements from demanding architects and building owners regarding the subject of sustainable construction.
The curtain-wall back-ventilated facade system with a seamless render surface from Caparol consists of the system components substructure, insulation, back-ventilation and cladding.
The fixed/sliding point principle is used both in the substructure and also in the cladding (render baseboard) and ensures restraint-free expansion of the substructure without detrimentally impairing the baseboards.
In this way a seamless section, both in the vertical and horizontal direction, of up to 33.00 metres can be obtained depending on the specific building conditions.
